Click on Create Ticket.
Under the sign in, click reset/forgot password.
Type in your username and click send code.
The code will be sent to the email address associated with your username. After you click send code, visit your email and look for an email from mail@4iqidentity.com. Write down or copy the code from the email. This code is good for 24 hours.
Go back to Exactix. You will see the username field already has your username filled in. Enter your code and create a new password. Once you’ve typed in a password that meets the requirements and confirmed it, click reset password.
Then you will be redirected to your Exactix dashboard.
